A name or location entered in a search box passes directly to the third-party provider operating that tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
Email and contact-form messages are retained as needed to answer the sender. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Automatic Technical Data
Ordinary web systems may record technical details when a page loads:

The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If a minor submitted information, contact us to request its deletion.

A person may ask for a copy of data held about them, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion where available, or opt out of certain processing. Polk County government records remain governed by Georgia's Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. 50-18-70 et seq., and requests concerning those records belong with the agency custodian.
